Kula Book Club

Third Sunday of Every Month

1:00 - 3:00 PM | Cost $10

Stories connect us. Movement grounds us. Once a month, Kula Book Club brings these worlds together in an afternoon of reflection and renewal.

Hosted by Janet and Brink, each gathering begins with an hour of heartfelt conversation around a chosen book (non-yoga selections announced monthly on our website). From there, we carry the themes off the page and into the body with a one-hour all-levels yoga practice—an embodied way to integrate what we’ve read, felt, and shared.

What to Expect:

  • A relaxed, open discussion in community

  • Light guidance and thoughtful prompts (no pressure to speak!)

  • Space to share personal reflections and insights

  • A cozy, welcoming environment to connect on and off the mat

What to Bring:

  • Your current book club read (or notes/highlights)

  • A journal or notebook (optional but encouraged)

  • Your favorite beverage or cozy item (tea, blanket, etc.)

  • An open heart and curious mind
