Join us on the last Friday of each month for an evening of deep rest and relaxation.
Using the gentle vibrations of crystal singing bowls, this meditative experience invites you to slow down, release stress, and reconnect with a sense of calm. Simply lie back, get comfortable, and let the sound do the work.
If you're new to sound baths, think of it as a guided relaxation experience without the effort of meditation. Rather than focusing on movement, you'll rest comfortably while the tones and vibrations of the crystal bowls create a soothing environment that encourages relaxation, reflection, and nervous system regulation.
What to Expect
A quiet, supportive space to unwind and disconnect from the busyness of daily life.
Gentle guidance to help you settle in and relax.
Approximately 45–60 minutes of immersive sound and stillness.
Time to rest, reflect, and simply be.
What to Bring
We provide yoga mats, blankets, bolsters, and other props to help you get comfortable. You're also welcome to bring anything that helps you feel at ease, such as:
A journal for reflection after the sound bath.
An eye pillow or favorite blanket.
A water bottle.
Cozy layers for warmth and comfort.
No experience is necessary—just come as you are.
