Sip, Stretch & Sound is a nourishing experience designed to help you slow down, release tension, and reconnect with yourself. With a calming blend of gentle movement, immersive sound, and refreshing sun tea. Surrounded by the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls, gong, chimes, and other instruments, you'll be invited to slow down, release tension, and reconnect with a sense of ease and balance.

This workshop is perfect for anyone feeling overstimulated, overheated, stressed, or simply in need of a pause. No yoga experience is necessary. Whether you're looking to unwind after a busy week, support recovery, or enjoy a peaceful summer evening, this experience is designed to meet you exactly where you are.
What to Expect
Gentle, accessible stretching
A restorative sound bath featuring bowls, gong, chimes, and other instruments
Time for stillness, relaxation, and reflection

What to Bring
Please bring your yoga mat and anything that will help you feel comfortable while resting. Many participants enjoy bringing a pillow, blanket, eye pillow, journal, or any personal comfort items. We will have props available, but you're encouraged to create a cozy nest that allows you to fully relax.
