What if your shoulders didn’t have to carry so much?

Many of us live with a quiet, constant holding—through the neck, across the collarbones, behind the heart. Over time, this effort becomes so familiar we forget what ease feels like.

This workshop is an invitation to soften that holding.

Through slow, mindful movement and guided awareness, we’ll explore how the shoulders can be both supported and free. You’ll begin to feel the relationship between breath, rib cage, and shoulder blades—allowing tension to unwind not by force, but through understanding.

We’ll gently open the front body, broaden the back, and restore a sense of space across the chest and upper spine. Along the way, you may rediscover how much effort is truly needed—and how much can be released.

What to Expect:

  • Slow, accessible movement (nothing rushed or forceful)

  • Guided awareness to help you notice and release unconscious tension

  • Exploration of breath and its connection to the shoulders and rib cage

  • Gentle opening through the chest, collarbones, and upper back

  • A supportive environment to move at your own pace

This Is For You If:

  • Your shoulders often feel tight, heavy, or overworked

  • You notice tension in your neck, jaw, or upper back

  • You spend a lot of time sitting, driving, or on devices

  • You’re craving ease without needing to “push” or stretch harder

  • You’re curious about moving with more awareness and less effort

Through slow, mindful movement, we’ll explore how the shoulders can be both supported and free—unwinding tension not by force, but through understanding.
