Frequently asked questions

  • If it is your first time coming to Kula Yoga please try to arrive 10-15 min before your class. That way you can get a quick tour of our facility and get your self settled before the start of class. 

    We suggest that you wear comfortable clothes.

    ​Don't have a mat? No worries we have loaner mats available as well as a fully stocked prop room. All free of charge.

    Bring your water bottle to fill up at our water station or make yourself a nice hot beverage with our complimentary tea station. 

    We ask that all students silence their cell phones so they do not distract other students.
